EDIT : THEY REMOVED MY POST THE FIRST TIME! love 7 brew- I used to work this location and they’re usually good about it - I always do light ice and pay the extra - but the past few times they do not fill up my cup at all I figured it was just a mistake at first but it keeps happening and I can’t help but wonder if it’s because an employee their doesn’t get along with me but I finally took a picture bc this is three times now my cup is not full why do I pay extra money for to not have my cup full - this is right when I got it before I even took a single sip

everytime i go i ask for light ice because i hate when my drink is watered down , remind you it is NEVER light ice when i receive it. sometimes they will remake it and other times they will argue with me about it and refuse to remake it. today my friend and i got the same drink except i asked for light ice and she did not yet my drink had MORE ice if anything. i told the girl i asked for light ice and she said “she did, if you want less then ask for no ice and pay the extra charge” LIKE EW BABES i used to work there and as someone that works in customer service .. that is NOT how you treat people! thank you to the employees that remake my drink! let’s remember not everyone is doing it to “get more drink” i simply just HATE the amount of ice yall put it , its always watered down after two sips!! ive never had this issue with ANY other 7brew mind you .. only this location!

First time ever at 7 Brew the lady who took my order was very nice and gave me lots of suggestions and I tried the monthly pixie stick energy. No joke it literally taste like a red pixie stick and it was so good. Definitely recommend and will come again

The past two times I’ve gone I’ve asked for a cold brew with oat milk caramel and cold foam and both times it’s like I’ve gotten plain cold brew with cold foam no milk no flavoring and I’m disappointed considering how much I spend on one drink. My most recent purchase my drink has floating shit in it as well.

7Brew is wonderful! We stop every other week for a treat! They have many flavor shots to choose from as well as the normal drinks. They are always having free gift giveaways on the 7th of every month as well as fill a tray deals (4 drinks for one price). There are different drinks depending on the holiday and the staff are always nice. Long lines at the drive thru move quickly also. Staff take orders before you reach the building so that drinks are ready before you get there! What a great little business that they have. Energy drinks, cold brews, hot coffee, so delicious and never boring!
